Are the prices displayed on the website final?
Yes, all garment prices listed on the site are final product prices. Shipping and delivery fees are calculated separately based on your location during checkout.
How do I know my correct size?
We recommend checking our Size Guide page. For a tailored custom fit, send your bust, waist, hip, sleeve, and full length measurements on WhatsApp.
Do you accept custom bespoke orders?
Yes! We specialize in custom-made Islamic modest wear. Send your style reference, fabric preference, custom measurements, color choice, and timeline directly on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 working days nationwide. Express or emergency delivery can be arranged upon discussion with our support team.
Do you offer international shipping outside Nigeria?
Yes, we offer global delivery to worldwide locations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are provided after your order details and destination are confirmed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept direct bank transfers to our official account. Once payment is made, send your proof of payment via WhatsApp for immediate processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Bespoke custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a verified production defect.
Can I request a specific fabric or color not listed?
